Abstract

AbstractIn this article, a simple approach of antenna calibration for the radio propagation channel measurements in the case of a multipath cluster is presented. The method is based on the concept of “power wave transfer functions.” Practical experiments are performed for the characterization of a multipath propagation channel using printed dipole antennas, quasi‐Yagi antennas, and their array in the 2–3 GHz frequency range. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
