Abstract

Electron-intramolecular vibration coupling is shown to be an important factor for understanding neutral-ionic transition in organic molecular crystals composed of mixed stacks of donor (D) and acceptor (A) molecules. Molecular dimer DA and trimer DAD are discussed as models of charge-transfer compounds with 1:1 and 2:1 compositions, respectively.
