Abstract

This article aims to examine and analyze the regulation of wildlife protection in Indonesia and South Korea. In this writing, using the Normative Juridical method. Meanwhile, the approach used is the per-statute approach and the comparative approach. The results show that several arrangements regarding the protection of wild animals in Indonesia and South Korea have similarities which have been regulated in-laws and the Criminal Code (KUHP). However, in South Korea, the protection of wild animals (animals) is only regulated by a law known as the Animal Protection Act, but not regulated in the Criminal Code or what is known as the Criminal Code.
