Abstract
The technology of silicone microemulsion concentrates eliminates for the first time the use of organic solvents in the hydrophobic impregnation of mineral building materials and coatings, in coating-priming and in wall-drying by drill hole injection. Water-based silicone microemulsions meet the requirements such as effectiveness, durability, aplication, toxicity and ecology. The use of water instead of organic solvents and the modern concentrate technique make an effective contribution to environmental protection.
