Abstract
Welcome to the Signal Integrity Column! In this issue, we will publish a summary by Prof. Stefano Grivet- Talocia on the SPI Workshops held in 2016 and 2017. Stefano was the Chair of the 21st IEEE Workshop on Signal and Power Integrity (SPI2017) held in Lake Maggiore, Italy, from May 7-10. The SPI Workshop is a well-known conference in the field of Signal and Power Integrity held every year in Europe. Together with the EPEPS in the US and the EDAPS in Asia, it forms a series of small conferences for researchers and engineers around the world to discuss their latest progress and share valuable experiences. The IEEE EMC Society has technically co-sponsored the SPI Workshops the past several years and I trust will continue to do so in the future.
