Abstract
The Shubnikov-de Haas (SdH) effect has been investigated in the graphite intercalation compounds (GIC) with H 2SO 4 of first to fifth stages and in heterostructures (binary) GIC of the first stages. In addition to the 1D superlattice in the direction perpendicular to the layers in binary GIC, the commensurate 2D superlattice was found in the layer planes in GIC with H 2SO 4 of second to fifth stages.
