Abstract
Employability in higher education aims to prepare students for employment in accordance with the situation and social demands. To facilitate this transition in a short space of time, they will have the necessary skills to achieve suitable employment due to the training and expertise of the Degree, with limited effort.The design of a subject for a job placement in the 4th year of the Degree in Social Education (UNED) focuses on a design of a professional project in which the student should review and analyze the labor market in an area of educational intervention in a given context, according to their interests and training. They should identify a job and access requirements, in short, develop and utilize the necessary skills and tools for labour from a personal professional project, so to be able to know themselves, know the job opportunities and training world to make decisions about planning their professional development.The results of the content of this subject over 2 years, collected from the questionnaire of satisfaction with the subject, reveal the high level of student satisfaction with the training received, despite the great difficulty in analyzing rigorously and critically and the labor context given that they do not know the processes and tools for finding employment.
