Abstract

This article features 29 Teaching Moments from the 2018 Society for Marketing Advances (SMA) Annual Conference. The publication of this article is a critical part of a multi-channel distribution system designed to help speed the diffusion of teaching ideas to marketing educators. The Teaching Moments journey begins with dozens of lively three-minute presentations at the SMA conference. It continues with a Marketing Education Review (MER) article. Then, Teaching Moments reaches fruition as SMA members dive into an abundance of teaching resources posted on the SMA and DePaul University Center for Sales Leadership websites.
