Abstract

Electromagnetic properties of levels in 38K are calculated with the Tabakin interaction and the modified surface delta interaction. These properties appear to depend sensitively on the interaction. It is found that the Tabakin interaction much better reproduces experimentally observed transition rates than the modified surface delta interaction.
