Abstract

Serial circulating levels of FSH were higher in two female than in two male infant chimpanzees. There was no sex difference in LH levels. A rhythm in FSH levels was seen in both sexes. The cycle amplitude was greater in the females. The LH data were qualitatively similar to those for FSH.
