Abstract

Education quality is the lifeline of adult medical education, and is fundamental for sur-vival and development. In the quality control of adult medical education, several relationships must be well dealt with such as academic education and quality education, humanity management and system manage-ment, adult medical students' completion of on-the-job work and endurances of their learning time, academic authorized unit and basic teaching unit, the strict requirements of the teaching quality and the flexi-bility of the management methods and economic benefits and social benefits. We should promote the organic combi-nation of them and positive interactions, adhere to the quality standards of education, and adhere to the social benefits for the first, to achieve the healthy development of adult medical education.
