Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the level of satisfaction and trust of the community on service performance (case study of the Complete Systematic Land Program Secretariat Office in Sumberbendo Village). The influence you want to know is direct or indirect influence. This type of research is quantitative which explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. This research used a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling used the Saturated Sampling Method technique, with the characteristics of the Community Participating in the Complete Systematic Land Registration program in Sumberbendo Village. The test equipment used was data reliability and reliability testing. From the results of this test it can be concluded that Community Satisfaction and Community Trust have a significant influence on Service Performance.
