Abstract
This study aims to know the Servant leadership of government school principals in Al- Rusaifah district and its relationship with teachers’ achievement motivation from the teachers' point of view, The researchers used the descriptive correlative method, study population consisted of (627) secondary school's teachers ,(157) teachers were selected as a simple random sample. The researchers developed a questionnaire for data collection, assuring its validity and reliability, then distributing it to the study sample and conducting the statistical analysis. There is a relationship between the practice of servant leadership among high school principals in the Rusaifah district and the motivation of principals for achievement. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤ 0.05) about the practice of servant leadership among secondary school principals in the Rusaifah district from the teacher's point of view, due to gender, educational qualification and experience, The researchers recommended the necessity of conducting further studies on leadership patterns and their relationship to achievement motivation.
