Abstract
Introduction: Serum cryoglobulin detection is central to the diagnosis of cryoglobulinaemia, but laboratory testing has long turnaround times. Serum protein electrophoresis (EPG) and rheumatoid factor (RF) testing may be an effective initial screening strategy for the presence of cryoglobulinaemia.
