Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the LIF,E2,P and β-HCG examination in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy accuracy.Methods One hundred pregnant women were divided into EP group (40 cases),TA group (30 cases),and NIUP group (30 patients),all patients were detected by ELISA,and the changes of serum LIF,E2,P and β-HCG level were compared.Results There were significant differences in the changes of LIF,E2,P and β-HCG of the three groups.Conclusions Combined with single detection of serum LIF,E2,P and β-HCG in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has important clinical value and accuracy.
