Abstract

We are standing at a time when the world is witnessing multiple COVID-19 infection waves, although arriving in a non-uniform and localized manner, with cases declining in some parts of the globe while spiking in others. Cautious efforts are being made by businesses and communities to resume normal operations, but periodic resurgence of the infection may hinder such attempts.
