Abstract

This work is related to the analysis, the control design and the monitoring of discrete event systems and dynamic hybrid systems modelled with Petri nets. The main contribution concerns the parametric sensitivity of Petri nets models. Some structural results are proposed about the sensitivity of the places, transitions and subnets under variations of the firing conditions. The paper does also consider analytic aspects for the continuous Petri nets with variable speed. Sensitivity functions for the marking and the firing speeds are described with piecewise linear ODE.
