Abstract

There is no reliable assignment method to analyze the hourly impact of TDM policy differentiated by the type of vehicle. This paper proposes the semi-dynamic multi-class stochastic user equilibrium assignment model (MTSUE) for the problem and makes an application of the model to evaluate the impact of area-wide traffic van to a specific type of vehicle.
