Self-organized Criticality in a Modified EvolutionModel on Generalized Barabási–Albert Scale-Free Networks

Abstract

A modified evolution model of self-organized criticality ongeneralized Barabási–Albert (GBA) scale-free networks isinvestigated. In our model, we find that spatial and temporalcorrelations exhibit critical behaviors. More importantly, thesecritical behaviors change with the parameter b, which weightsthe distance in comparison with the degree in the GBA networkevolution.
