Abstract

Information Storage In article number 2213668, Ming Liu, Bin Peng, and co-workers introduce a self-assembly method to fabricate scroll-like 3D architecture, which can increase the information storage density in ferroelectric memories. It is enabled by the self-rolling-up of freestanding single-crystalline ferroic oxide membranes. The information storage density could be enhanced at least one order of magnitude (experimentally 45.7 times) and 100–450 times (theoretically) than planar thin films.
