Abstract

Having a child who grows up with healthy self-esteem is not just “a happy accident”. Research shows that the important grown-ups in their lives have a huge impact on how kids feel about themselves. Here are ten self-esteem boosters from psychologist and Education experts and review of previous study results about self-esteem encouraging methods in children. Low self-esteem is a negative evaluation of oneself. This type of evaluation usually occurs when some circumstance we encounter in our life touches on our sensitivities.
