Abstract
The selective properties of a resin based on a copolymer of a-phenylvinyl-phosphonic acid with acrylic acid were investigated. The selectivity of the resin decreases in the order Th(IV) > Sc(III) > Fe(III) > U(VI) > divalent elements. Several interesting separations using the selectivity of this resin are discussed.
