Abstract

The aim of this research is the determination and designation of the suitability model in the hagenic sercvice along with substitution training program in order to conduct the research, all managers and their assistants (14 individuals) of the medical scholl in Jiroft were selected and a questionairee oranized based on pair scale was distributed among them to ditermine the importance degree of each index rather than the others then the information was analyzed with excel software. Based on the findings, some features are the most important ones for the managers, in cluding managerial skills, the effective wage of time which is one personal feature also the listeing skill, which are themost important communication skills well as decision- making skill. “Risk-ta king” is one of the most significant capacity and ability of the managers. “Propessional efficiency” is the most important professional and individnal skill, there fore, one model was given to select managers. Also, the programmers can select managers of hygenic wervice by using the FUZZY AHP of tained in this research.
