Abstract

The lack of culturally relevant role models for trainees and diverse voices in the biomedical workforce is a significant challenge for innovation. Diversity, inclusion, and scientific progress are not distinct issues to be pursued separately. Here I highlight a student-led initiative that aims to highlight diverse voices in biomedical sciences.
