Abstract

Forty-two lithic artifacts were collected during four visits to a blowout in Yuma County, Colorado during the spring of 1977. Diagnostic projectile points and fragments are of the Allen type, with one exception, and it is assumed that this collection represents part of an Allen assemblage. Description of this material provides documentation for one of few Allen assemblages currently known. Comparisons are made with other Allen sites in the region.
