Abstract

As we are entering into the digital era, people will have to learn to adapt to the change of digitizing most of the things in life. One of the limitation is the insufficient knowledge on multi-factor authentication method and the implementation method of it. This limitation will eventually lead to the researcher needing to spend more time and effort to research, analyse data and to develop the system. It is advisable that the researcher approach IT Security related specialists when conducting interview sessions to gather the opinions of the professionals. Another limitation is the understanding of encryption method to be used in the development of the system. As there are a lot of types of different encryption algorithms, the researcher needs to compare and justify the encryption methods available to be used and select the most suitable encryption method to implement in the system. The proposed system will be beneficial for users that preferred to take extra precautions when it comes to saving data in digital media format. As it is a security focused data storage system, privacy and integrity of the data in the system is crucial which became the goal of the system. Therefore, users who will be using the system can comfortably use the system without worrying of data leaks.
