Abstract
Second Trimester Uterine rupture is a rare Obstetric emergency and so far less than 50 cases have been reported worldwide. It carries high maternal morbidity and mortality hence requiring pro-active approach. We hereby present one such case where the patient was a multigravida with previous lower segment caesarean section and two evacuations. She developed features of acute abdomen and was found to have lower segment spontaneous scar rupture.
