Abstract
Summary 1.A statistical study of seasonal variation of birth weight has been made, using data collected from the Peiping Union Medical College Hospital and published statistics. 2.The present study shows the existence of a reduction in birth weight in the winter and early spring months and an increase in the late summer and early autumn months.
