Abstract

The apparent 'glut' of qualified scientists and engineers on the employment market has led to suggestions in the press that small firms could usefully take advantage of this by employing more graduates. A recently published report from the Bolton committee of enquiry on small firms, prepared by J G Cox, is therefore timely.
