Abstract

Relevance of research topic. Assessing ecosystems in terms of their contribution to the human well-being is one of the ways to achieve the goals of sustainable development, namely within the implementation of goals 14 and 15, therefore, it is an extremely important task in developing strategies for the development of local communities. ЕКОНОМІКА ТА УПРАВЛІННЯ

НАУКОВІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ЕКОСИСТЕМНИХ ПОСЛУГ ПРИРОДООХОРОННИХ ТЕРИТОРІЙ ГРОМАД. Наразі в Україні немає офіційної методики здійснення оцінювання екосистемних послуг, інтегрованої в систему управління. Залишаються малодослідженими питання формування методичних підходів до оцінювання вартості екосистемних послуг природоохоронних територій громад. В даному дослідженні поставлено завдання оцінити екосистемні послуги природоохоронної території громади, враховуючи культурні послуги (рекреація і туризм) та послуги по збереженню біорізноманіття. Застосований методологічий підхід оцінювання загальної економічної вартості екосистем. На прикладі природоохоронної території НПП «Бузький Гард» в межах Благодатненської ОТГ Первомайського району Миколаївської області розрахована вартість прямого та опосередкованого використання екосистемних послуг (розглядались культурні послуги) та вартість існування (розглядались послуги по збереженню біорізноманіття), а також загальна економічна вартість її екосистемних послуг. В роботі доведено, що вартість опосередкованого використання екосистемних послуг природоохоронної території громади та вартість її існування суттєво переважують вартість прямого використання.
