Abstract

The reasons for the low performance of products made by additive growing under extreme operating conditions are investigated. The formation of defects in the crystalline structure at the macrolevel at the interface between the formed layers and the occurrence of high internal stresses are established, which should be considered as the main factor in reducing the mechanical properties of metals formed by 3D printing. To improve the mechanical properties of metals, additional heat treatment is necessary. Keywords: layer-by-layer additive growth of products, internal stresses, heat treatment, improvement of the mechanical properties of metals. uru.40@mail.ru
