Abstract

At present, the oil and fat industry of Uzbekistan is one of the leading enterprises in the food industry, mainly processing sunflower seeds. Further introduction of new equipment and advanced technology was carried out, mechanization and automation of production processes, modernization of existing equipment, enterprises are specialized in the processing of two main types of raw materials: cotton seeds and sunflower seeds. Uzbekistan has begun processing other types of local raw materials (soybean seeds, safflower seeds, etc.). The expansion of crops of high-oil varieties of sunflower, soybean, safflower continued and the oil content of seeds increased. For 3 years of the current five-year plan, the oil content of seeds increased by 2% against 4.2% for the period of the previous five-year plan. The technology for the production of refined sunflower oil provides for a number of processes that ensure maximum removal of substances harmful to human health from it. It is known that the study of the kinetic regularities of the adsorption purification of vegetable oils makes it possible to rationally organize this process and its instrumentation.
