Sixteen men were found to have spent the major part of their childhood and adolescence on the island. Two still harbored the parasite. Not included in this report is a third case, that of a 30 year old Spanish-born (Basque-Gurpuzcoa) male who may have acquired the infection in Venezuela during the years 1948 to 1952.CASE REPORTSCase 1.
