Abstract
Transport is one of the main contributors to the climate emergency. To solve it, SCALE-UP project aims at developing and implementing data-driven and user-centric strategies that will address a novel methodology: vertical upscaling by collaborating between governance levels and horizontal upscaling through integrating different layers of the mobility system.On this basis, SCALE-UP project actively supports the in-depth knowledge exchange and take-up of its strategies for vertical and horizontal integration with a continuous collaboration among the stakeholders to ensure that the mobility measures are not considered isolated actions in the urban nodes. Evidence based approach for monitoring and evaluating the measures are carried out to explain the reasons for which the implementation is successful or not by considering different levels of evaluation.
