Abstract
Sato's method for local anesthesia in tonsillectomy was followed, in which had been reported some improvements in respect of side effects resulting from anesthesia.Our clinical estimates on this method is the folloming.strong points1. lesser pains through injection2. lesser pains and bleedings during operation3. none anxious4. lesser pharyngeal reflexWeak points1. necessity to add injection at the adhesive regions2. long time to wait before operation
