Abstract

The results of a marketing research among the population of the city of Tambov and nearby territories on the issue of satisfaction with living conditions and the existing urban and social infrastructure are presented. A multi-criteria assessment of the satisfaction of the population with a territorial reference to the areas of residence was carried out. Key problem areas have been identified, the elimination of which will increase the attractiveness of Tambov and the Tambov region as a territory convenient for life and attracting tourist flow.
