Abstract
Satisfaction assessments compute through travellers are often utilized in performance engendered contracts because of their hypothesized nexus with corporation performance. Contrariwise, few researchers have really dichotomizedon the interconnection between passenger satisfaction quantifies and fact-based performance measures in mass transit scheme.
