espanolEn el ambito de los sistemas de gestion del talento humano, el estudio de la satisfaccion con la vida se ha convertido en un constructo muy significativo para comprender como los aspectos subjetivos de la persona, que comprenden su situacion personal familiar, social y ciudadana se relacionan con la satisfaccion laboral. En este contexto, la investigacion se planteo determinar la relacion que existe entre la satisfaccion con la vida y satisfaccion laboral en una universidad privada de Chimbote. La investigacion, segun su alcance es de tipo descriptivo y correlacional, el diseno no experimental y por su temporalidad transeccional. La muestra de estudio fue 130 colaboradores administrativos, 51 pertenecieron al sexo femenino y 79 al masculino. El recojo de informacion se realizo a traves de dos cuestionarios: el primero, adaptado de Alama, Motosono y Ramos (2016) para recoger informacion de la satisfaccion con la vida; y el segundo, el Test de Satisfaccion laboral SL-ARG de Ruiz, Zavaleta y Ruiz (2017). Con el uso de la prueba rho Spearman se comprobo que predomina el nivel medio tanto en la satisfaccion con la vida (55%) como en la satisfaccion laboral (66.9%). In this context, the research aimed to determine the relationship between satisfaction with life and job satisfaction of administrative employees in a private university in the city of Chimbote. The research, according to its scope, is of a correlational descriptive type, with a non-experimental design and its transverse temporality. The study sample consisted of 130 collaborators, 51 belonged to the female sex and 79 to the male.
