Abstract

The Sars-Cov-2 that causes Covid 19 has caused a worldwide pandemic, so understanding its pathogenesis, mutations, basic symptoms such as endothelial disease, diagnosis, use of convalescent plasma from the recovered patient, and the principles of vaccines to prevent the disease can be very useful. Articles from recent months in Google Scholar, PubMed and Scopus were reviewed and those that will help to understand the Covid-19 disease were selected. It was found that there is abundant literature that can support us to understand how Covid-19 develops and understand where the infection comes from, as well as the most common symptoms, its diagnosis and what possible mutations of Sars-Cov2 may exist, what blood groups they are the ones that may be most affected; as well as the option that the recovered patient can support infected patients through convalescent plasma, emphasize the use of molecular procedures in the future to be able to help stop said disease such as obtaining vaccines or as treatment to improve convalescence through The Micro Arn formed by said infection, as well as what kinds of vaccines exist and the principle of each one to understand its form of action and how it can generate active immunity to avoid future infections with its use.
