Abstract
TQC2731 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that neutralizes thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) with high affinity and extremely high in vitro bioactivity. We aimed to investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity of TQC2731 in healthy male and female adults to enable development of TQC2731 in severe, uncontrolled asthma patients.
