Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present the safety of non-mass sports events and their functioning in the crisis management system in relation to the activities undertaken by the service established to ensure and maintain public safety and order, before, during and after the sports event. As well as discussing the actions taken during the occurrence of an event having the features of a crisis situation. The article also attempts to discuss the role and tasks of the state in building a security system based on a crisis management system within the operating state entities (services, inspections, guards), local government and private. An attempt was also made to present legal regulations regarding the safety of mass events and the lack of such regulations regarding events that do not have such a status. The role of the Police in the internal security system of the state, during the emergence of crisis situations, procedures of conduct developed and implemented in order to operate effectively were discussed in detail. It should also be emphasized that the article in question does not exhaust the topic of safety of events that do not have the status of a mass event, and is a contribution to further work in this area.
