Safe development of the enterprise in the context of prevention of its operation threats

Abstract

The features of the safe development of the enterprise have been considered. The combination of threats of the machine-building enterprise development at different levels of its operations is analyzed and systematized. The mechanism of prevention of threats of the safe development of the enterprise is substantiated. The SWOT-analysis of the machine-building enterprise activities is used in the study. The SPASE-analysis is used for the analysis of the environment. As a result the strengths and the weaknesses of the enterprise activities are revealed. The strengths and the weaknesses of the enterprise are systemized according to the subsystems of its inlying environment. The ratio of strengths and opportunities, threats and weaknesses of the enterprise are considered. The main risks of the machine-building enterprises, their causes and the activities to prevent the adverse effects are analyzed. The timely identification of the risks and threats to the safe development of the enterprises will give the opportunity to plan the measures to neutralize them. The methods of SWOT- and SPASE-analysis make it possible to systematize the combination of factors of influence and develop the mechanisms for their effective use or elimination. They can be used for the timely detection of the risks and threats to the safe development of the enterprise.
