Abstract

Men with axial spondyloarthritis (AxSpA) have a worse radiologic prognosis, but women may have a higher disease burden, due to longer diagnostic delay, higher disease activity, and comorbidity burden (Rusman et al, Curr Rheumatol Rep 2018). This study aimed to assess these patterns in a large and diverse cohort of AxSpA patients.
