RUSSIAN AND BELARUSIAN LANGUAGES IN IMPLEMENTATION CONDITIONS SOVIET NATIONAL POLITICS: DIALECTICS OF RELATIONSHIP

Abstract

The article analyzes some aspects expansion of the scope of use Russion language on the territory of Belarus in the second half of the 1960 s – the first half of the 19870 s.
 The author makes assumptions that a special attitude towards the Russion Language while maintaining attention to other Languages, was determined by the need to have a real basis, from which in the future a single Soviet people with a single Language could grow.
