Abstract
This paper provides Russia’s financial system strategy with special emphasis on financial markets and investments in innovative growth. The post-crisis strategy in financial markets contains instruments on financial architecture modernization, proposals on domestic financial crisis monitoring system, prospects of valuation techniques development in Russia, complex of mechanisms aimed at financial instruments development and institutional investors restructuring. Concepts and proposals elaborated in this paper are based on thorough research of latest world financial markets transformation processes, as well as modern practices and legislative innovations in Russian financial markets
