Abstract

It is shown that the world is entering a new phase of geopolitical transformation, as quantitative measurements of the socio-economic development of the countries of South-East Asia (China and India), as well as Russia, have created objective prerequisites for the transition to multipolar, polycentric world development and the destruction of US hegemony. Under these conditions, the United States of America has strengthened its aggressive policy to restrain the processes of forming a new geo-economic architecture of the world, organizing the orange revolutions (in particular, in the spring of 2014 in Ukraine), political provocations and acts of aggression to destroy critical infrastructure (explosion of the Nord Stream international gas pipeline), and conduct proxy wars (including the nine-year war of neo-fascists in Ukraine against the DPR and LPR)as well as against countries pursuing sovereign policies that demonstrate compliance with the principles of international law. Upon that, the United States rallied around the NATO all the countries of the collective West against Russia, setting the task of destroying it as a state. The United States managed to bring neo-fascists to power in Ukraine and unleash a war against the Russian and Ukrainian peoples, which forced the Russian leadership to begin on February 24, 2022 the military-military organization for the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, as a result of which 4 regions of Ukraine returned to Russia. The article considers the formation of new world macrozones (including Russian) as new centers of a multipolar world, as well as a change in financial relations between countries, in the aspect of fair international trade and, accordingly, the destruction of the privileged value of the issue of US dollars.
