Abstract
Russia’s cooperation with African countries has been repeatedly considered at the RAS Presidium meetings. Recently, the participation of some world powers in the struggle for the Dark Continent’s fossil resources has become a topical problem. The author of the paper below and participants in the relevant discussion believe that the presence of Russia and sound cooperation with African states is an urgent necessity.
