Abstract
This research was mainly aimed at determining the level of knowledge of rural women in healthy eating habits to reduce malnutrition diseases in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate. The center of Riyadh was randomly selected, followed by the selection of a random village from the villages. The research data were collected using the interview questionnaire. ,The main results are summarized as follows: About 70%, 57.5%, 48%, 43%, 57% and 54% of respondents fell into either low or intermediate cognitive categories with regard to information on healthy eating habits that reduce malnutrition, conditions The factors that affect an individual's daily food needs, considerations that must be taken into account when designing an integrated diet, correct dietary behaviors for health, and the role of nutrition in strengthening the immune system respectively, the results show that the variable The independent study included in the study is correlated with the degree of knowledge of rural women researched healthy eating habits that reduce malnutrition diseases with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.591.This relationship was found to be significant at the probability level 0.01, based on the calculated value of F where it reached 10.577. The independent variables combined account for 34.9% of the variance in the dependent variable based on the value of R2.
