Abstract

1. High-pressure superheated steam (580, 185 at.) causes the rupture strength and ductility of steel 1Kh14N14V2M to decrease slightly. 2. The specimens tested in high-pressure steam are affected by a higher number of cracks than those tested in air. In both eases the cracks extend along the grain boundaries.
