Abstract

The focus of this work is a practical approach to how a process of implementing routine management and some tools works in an organization located in Manaus - AM, showing real applications and thus demonstrating its importance and the benefits obtained. With this objective in mind, the methodology was introduced in a company in the men's beauty sector, thus enabling management to focus on achieving results, operational excellence, difficulty in prioritizing delegated tasks and better communication. In order to do this, the company's mistakes and mechanisms for solving them were established. By using quality management concepts and practices, it will be possible to increase efficiency and productivity and guarantee the satisfaction of the organization's customers. As well as analysing the case study, the theoretical review looked in depth at the concepts of quality management, management by guidelines, standardization, processes and routine management itself. The topic was chosen to show how to organize simple day-to-day aspects so that effective management that strives for continuous improvement is possible. At the end of the study, it was found that the implementation provided a restructuring of the company's procedures, an understanding of the company's priority problems, improved communication between employees, and an understanding of the results of each area.
